How do I return my product?

  • Once an RA Number is issued, please return product(s) within 7 days.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be pleased with your purchase from HMBL Home. We are so confident you will love your purchase that we offer a full 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all HMBL Home Branded Products (Leg Pillow, Head Pillow, Wedge Pillow) and will waive all restocking and disposal fees.

Simply request a return authorization, complete a brief survey on why you didn't like the product, and return it to us for a full refund**. To initiate a return, please fill out the form below and a representative will contact you.

*Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of customer. We do not provide pre-paid return labels.

**Refunds apply to the product purchase price only and do not extend to shipping charges originally paid.

Return Authorization Numbers

HMBL Home requires a Return Authorization for all returned items. This will ensure that your return is handled properly and funds are refunded in a timely manner. Your “RA” Number MUST be written clearly on the OUTSIDE of the package you are returning, or our warehouse will not accept it. Contact information can be found at the bottom of this page.
