At HMBL Home we create pillows; pillows with simple designs made with the best materials we can find. We started HMBL Home because we found it extremely overwhelming to shop for a pillow in a store, choose one, buy it, and then feel good about the money you just spent. If you walk into any major retailer across the country and head to the bedding department you will see for yourself. We call it “the sea of sameness”. We don’t call it that because every pillow is identical but we noticed that it is the same song and dance for a lot of them nonetheless. There are pillows with cooling gel, ventilated foam, charcoal infused, lavender infused, contoured pillows, anti-allergen pillows, on and on and on. There are so many choices to make that it usually ends in a regretful purchase or no purchase at all. What happened to the days where a buying a pillow was a simple process?
We feel that the industry has lost sight of what is important. Shouldn't the goal be to make us feel comfortable, instead of using cheap gimmicks to raise the ‘value’ of the pillow?
Our goal is simple, we want to go back to creating pillows that are just plain comfortable. Comfort is what leads to restful sleep after all, not gimmicks. We've launched with three products; a head pillow, a leg pillow and a bed wedge. We have three different pillows so that you can be comfortable in multiple positions. Whether you are relaxing or sleeping, comfort is what we aim to deliver.
At HMBL, we like to think that we do more than just make incredibly comfortable pillows. We are excited to share that HMBL Home is a proud member of 1% For the Planet. We’ve committed to donate 1% of our revenues to vetted nonprofits in an effort to address the interrelated issues of climate change, healthy food systems, land management, water resources, pollution and wildlife diversity. This means that every time that you purchase a product from our Collection, you are not only helping yourself but our planet as well. So, thank you.
